I can confirm that the download link is the one that downloads the file from the website. What should the project URL be?

The project URL is the URL for the project - i.e. the website product page, the GitHub page, etc.

The product page is https://fly.garmin.com/fly-garmin/garmin-aviation-database-manager/ The download URL I got from saving the link address from the “Download for Windows” button on the right side of this page.

Then you can edit the Software project URL to that new URL to https://fly.garmin.com/fly-garmin/garmin-aviation-database-manager/.
