@VladimirFomin90 that link goes to Yandex.deb. That's not a supported installer format for Windows. What are your expectations of how that will be used?

Everything opens fine for me. Yandex is a well-known company; they have browsers for all types of operating systems. I have a link to Windows for Windows, for Linux it opens for Linux.
