Remove PDFCreator Free #2464

Motivation and Context

As a result of recent initiatives Avanquest pdfforge, the developers of the PDFCreator software, would like to publish and maintain all PDFCreator editions on chocolatey. While the packages of the other editions are awaiting approval, PDFCreator Free needs to be removed from this repository in order for it to be re-submitted to the community repository by us.

Looks good, thank you for getting this sorted - if it's okay (and if my permissions are sufficient), I'm going to rebase this so we don't have a merge commit in there and update the commit message to match our requirements.

Just as a note for potential future contributions - we generally prefer that folk make a branch for changes rather than submitting PRs directly from their main branch.
