(quiterss) Fixes Update.ps1

Description

Changes the update script to parse the folder structure, find the latest version, and find the exe within that folder.

Motivation and Context

The format of the downloads page (and what looks like the entire website) has changed quite considerably, to a hosted files/folders layout. This was breaking the update script.

How Has this Been Tested?

• Update_All.ps1 -Name quiterss -Forced quiterss # [Succeeds]
• choco install quiterss --Source Desktop --confirm # [Succeeds]
