Built MSIs don't get published as artifacts in Team City

What You Are Seeing?

The chocolatey/choco repository includes building the MSI on tagged builds. When run locally, generates the MSI. However, when run in Team City, the MSI does not get uploaded to the build artifacts.

What is Expected?

We should upload the generated MSIs to the build provider.

How Did You Get This To Happen?

1. Looked at the output of the recent chocolatey/choco 2.0.0-beta tagged build.
2. Noted the log said it generated the MSI
3. Noted there was no MSI in the build artifacts.
