Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Currently, the posting of tweets to Twitter doesn't work, since Twitter has switched to a new API, which the current version of Cake.Twitter doesn't understand.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

We need to pull in at least version 0.11.1 of the Cake.Twitter addin, where this problem has been addressed.
