NOTE: This PR should not be merged until this repository switches to use a newer version of Cake.Recipe, which updates to use GitReleaseManager 0.16.0.

We have had to bump up to using 0.17.0 of GitReleaseManager, since there was an upstream issue with GitHub which meant that they had a run over the Int32 Maxsize.
