Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

The NOTICE file should be updated to look similar to Chocolatey CLI, with showing Chocolatey Software, Inc starting in 2017.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

The NOTICE file still points to RDS and doesn't show the updates for movement to Chocolatey Software in 2017.
