The window position is not stored correctly in the user.xml #793

... the "WINDOWPLACEMENT" / "normalPosition" parameter in the "user.xml" file;

The stored x(left) / y(top) coords are (apparently) relative to the full Screen area, but when the GUI opens, it applies them relative to the Screen area without the Taskbar

So, if you have the Taskbar on the left or top of the screen, the GUI window opens not where it was, but with an according offset.

@t3t3 can you please confirm what version of Chocolatey GUI is being used here?

@punker76 are there any known issues with regard to MahApps in this area? Thanks

@gep13 It seems like that there is something wrong if the taskbar is on the left or top of the screen. Idk what it is, it could also a change from windows 10 itself (tested on 1909 18363.1316). So this issue can be transfer to MahApps.
