Description Of Changes

Update LiteDB dependency

Motivation and Context

Necessary dep update.

Testing

Install and run the built version of gui
Ensure gui settings work, turn some things on and off, change languages...

No major changes here tbh (just a minor dep version bump), so given it builds and runs I'm happy. 😁
