Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Currently there is no way to test how changes to the install.ps1 script hosted on chocolatey.org will impact the Quick Start Guide until the change has already gone live.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Add a parameter to allow passing a path to another script or a URL so that we can override the script it's running. This would allow us to check how changes impact the QSG without fully deploying the installation script, test for any issues, and remedy them before the update is published.

With #233 being merged today, we pull the latest ChocolateyInstall.ps1 file from upstream/online when the guide is run. To satisfy this issue i've assigned @JPRuskin to update an internal doc reflecting this change be tested when changes to the upstream script occur.
