Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.
Installing the SSMS package takes a large amount of time, and we don't expect customers to use it unless they are troubleshooting the environment.
Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?
We should not install the SSMS package unless it's needed. We could replace it with Azure Data Studio, which is far more light weight, but again - until we're troubleshooting, it's not required on the box.
