vlc is usable on windows 10 for arm64.

any rate if you have a few game emus or for most basic admins , a kiosk HDTV , etc one can manage updates easily... and or game emus or a media tv ...

@necrose99 what are you requesting exactly? We'd need work on .NET Core first.

any rate with digging , VLC , 7zip few others..

far as W10-io or latops , the idea to abuse for Kiosks or HOENYPOTs had crossed my mind. Just having choco for arm would be a nice to have for provisioning them... Windows vs Linux some uses get the Linux , alot dont...

1st card loaded with Linux ... ( moved to SSD , from HDD on windows, didnt move well ... so having to urggg restore. can use the w10 iot loader to burn second card. )

I have sitting about can swap the SD card when not building

any rate offing to Meddle test etc.. nant or a few of the builders from sf might compile on windows 10 with 2017 and recent sdk for arm/arm64 ..
