function - Add Font installation helper functions #2029

When writing a package to install a font I found the chocolatey-font-helpers.extension package.

I feel that functionality like this should be part of the Chocolatey Helpers as it's actually one of the most used ways of installing and uninstalling fonts.

The license for the original Microsoft code can be found at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/deploymentguys/adding-and-removing-fonts-with-windows-powershell

I wanted to start this issue as a conversation and I am happy to submit a PR for it.
