What You Are Seeing?

When I call choco push "vsts-sync-migrator.15.0.0-Preview.nupkg" --source https://push.chocolatey.org/ --key xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I receive:

Response status code does not indicate success: 504 (Gateway Time-out).

This is the result on both local execution, and from Azure DevOps cloud agents.

What is Expected?

I expect the 3kb package to be published.

Additional Context
