Backup more config file types #552

Possibly conf and .ini - need folks to chime in with others.

In addition to that - what about allowing package maintainers to specify the files (for example reg. exprs. in a file saved in the tools directory)?

@qzo I like that as well. We want some for existing known types and then also the ability for someone to add an ini type file for particular ones
