[API] Hydrate Package Info from ListCommand with additional Chocolatey Information #777

Currently, when retrieving packages from the API, it'll give you all the information about the package itself, but nothing about it's Install Loacation, or a number of things like SxS, pinned, or other chocolatey specific features. It would be great if listing local packages included all the above information and remote packages included the above when the package is installed (if possible). Thanks!!
