Currently when using Package Builder (at least in the GUI), The template in play will always be NewFileInstaller. There are cases where you want to not use this template, but rather one you've customized for your environment. On the command line it is possible to use --template with choco new --file and use a custom template, however you do receive some warning information in doing so, and this option is not available in the Package Builder GUI.
