There are cases wherein an XML file from an agent check-in or deployment status will have malformed xml or missing XML data.
This is likely a locale issue and the encoding of the file not coming across correctly. These xml files get "stuck" as the CCM service is unable to process them, which can cause strange reporting issues when looking inside the CCM Web interface.
We should look to move these broken XML files to a special folder and alert the user of an issue.
