Remove all usage of (including aliases) of the deprecated Chocolatey helper functions

Description

In v1 of Chocolatey, there are helpers that will be removed that had been deprecated for some time, in Licensed we have aliases set for these function and possibly some locations where we use these as such we need to go through the code to make sure these are removed.

The deprecated functions that need their references and/or aliases removed are:

• Write-FileUpdateLog
• Write-ChocolateySuccess
• Write-ChocolateyFailure
• Install-ChocolateyDesktopLink

Why Is It Needed

These need to be removed as they are removed in Chocolatey open source v1.0.0
