VirusTotal - Allow business trial license access to VirusTotal virusScannerType #309

What You Are Seeing?

Not able to run VirusTotal virus checking with a BusinessTrial license.

What is Expected?

Should be able to run VirusTotal virus checking with a Business Trial license so users can trial the functionality.

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

  1. Have a Business Trial License installed to $env:ChocolateyInstall\license
  2. choco config set virusScannerType VirusTotal
  3. choco feature enable -n virusCheck
  4. Download a non-cached package such as foxitreader. choco install foxitreader --source=community.chococlatey.org/api/v2 -y
  5. You will see the following warning output VirusTotal runtime scanning not available for this license type.

Tested same commands with a Business license and got public scan results link as expected.

We should also add a disclaimer when a Business / Trial license customers enables the feature that would read:

When using the VirusTotal virusScannerType, a package contents will be uploaded to VirusTotal if it is not recognized as already being scanned. The uploads will be available to be viewed in public. If you package internal components, you should enable this feature on.
