Missing TimeZone setting for users in Colombia - (UTC - 05:00) Bogota, Lima, Quito, Rio Branco

What You Are Seeing?

Currently within Chocolatey Central Management there is no timezone that accurately reflects the way time works for Colombian users.

What is Expected?

Customer is requesting a timezone be added that allows them to not switch between 2 different timezones as daylight savings happens throughout the year. This is needed because Columbia does not observe daylight savings time.

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

Customer is currently located in Colombia where there is no concept of daylight savings time.

Workarounds

Customer is currently switching between US EST and US Central time as daylight savings time comes and goes.

Proposed Solution

Add a timezone specifically for Colombia.

To update this issue. An issue has been raised by our team with the ASP Net Zero Core team to look at implementing this upstream at a template level that we use as a dependency for Chocolatey Central Management.

This has been completed, and will ship as part of Chocolatey Central Management 0.12.0.
