Use CCM and have a client check in. Eventually, the client stops checking in. Checking the logs, there are no reported errors, but things just stop happening. Restarting the agent service produces no new log output, even when writing to a new or different log file.
We've seen this as intermittent, and don't believe it affects everyone. Basically there is more to it, but we have yet to discover what those additional parameters are.
