Original title: MoreThanMaximumAutomationScripts Fails PowerShell Module Packages

I have Chocolately package, Carbon, for a PowerShell module. It contains a lot of PowerShell scripts/files. Because of this, it fails the MoreThanMaximumAutomationScripts rule. Please update this rule to only check the Tools directory.
