OneNote License URL is valid but not validating #228

The OneNote <licenseUrl> is https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement/ but the package validator is flagging it as invalid: The LicenseUrl element in the nuspec file should be a valid Url. Please correct this

After submitting the package to the validator again the package was approved.

I'm closing this issue just now but will re-open if it happens again.
