Currently generating:

Minimum distance between residues 181 and 185 for all 5 runs, plot for 11410 and for 11411
Average number of hydrogen bonds on 185 for all 5 runs, plot for 11410 and 11411
Minimum distance between residues 181 and 185 with and without TPX2, plot for each run
Average number of hydrogen bonds on 185 with and without TPX2, plot for each run

(temporarily not including all of 11411 because data is currently being generated, should be completed at ~9pm)

Now featuring a bunch of plots that look wonderfully like confetti (tracking formation of hbonds with specific hydrogen atoms).

Still incomplete because data from 11411 is currently being calculated (and because the hbond plots don't contain actual information).

There was a bug in the 11411 analyze script -- has been restarted, data ETA no longer 9pm (maybe like 7am instead). Will replot in morning.
