Trying to get Travis CI and binstar upload working #22

Awesome!

Remember that you have to specify the choderalab/TargetExplorer repo when generating encrypted environment variables using travis encrypt. This trips me up every time, as I inevitably generate these in my own fork and forget to tell it that it should be generating for choderalab instead.

Thanks! Not 100% sure, but that may well have been the problem before... Either way, the targetexplorer-dev binstar upload is working now :)
