Change name to openmm-testsystems? #1

Maybe we should change the name to openmm-testsystems?

Perhaps, but I'm worried that people will think that this is a part of the OpenMM testing suite, which it isn't.

It's choderalab/openmm-testsystems, and if it eventually becomes SimTk/openmm-testsystems, that's great.
