New IPython notebook added to predict binding curves and fluorescence signal to help design of competitive binding experiments of one fluorescent and one non-fluorescent ligand. HSA - dansyl amide - phenylbutazone is used as an example.

@jchodera John, do you have an idea why Travis CI installation might be failing? I only added two notebooks and updated README which shouldn't cause this error.

There were some recent changes from the anaconda.org side of things that mean we have to update all of our repos. Go ahead and merge this and I'll fix that in a separate PR.
