Residue numbering schemes #20

I've added a pdf document displaying the residue numbering schemes used for Src and Abl1, as discussed in #12.

The Pages file used to make the pdf is also included in the repo.

The pdf is to be added in the Supporting Information. Note that the PLoS Comp Biol Supporting Information Guidelines suggests authors submit a set of individual, standalone files, rather than a single SI document.

Reference in the document to associated figures in the main text was wrong. Please see this updated pdf instead:

I'll open an issue to remind us to check the figure, table and SI numberings are correct at the end of the manuscript-writing process. The SI documents will likely be in a range of different formats, so I expect building a system to automatically link these numberings would be difficult or unnecessarily time-consuming.
