FAHMunge only processing RUNs 0-1 (and not 2-3) for 10488 #35

On plfah1-5.mskcc.org, only RUN0 and RUN1 are being processed. RUN2 and RUN3 are not generating any output trajectories.

Still don't see anything for runs 2 and 3 in munged3.

I think this is because the time limit per project was set too short, so it never got past RUN1 every time it visited the project. I've removed the time limit for now.

RUNs 2-3 are being processed now!
