After standard protocol, plate was left for diffusion and multiple fluorescence reads were taken in time.

I have organized fluorescence data and quickmodel analysis results for this repo. Results of 1 hour and 2 hour time point fluorescence data resulted in similar affinity estimates as previous experiments.
