Implicit concentrations specified but not shown in xlsx #44

If dilution_factor or concentration is not specified, ITCExperiment uses the undiluted source entirely, but the xlsx sheet does not contain the information about concentrations.

Either add the information to the sheet/experiment, or make concentration specification an explicit requirement.
