added default project_name #14

This PR prevents an error if you do not include a second argument when running pipeline.py, following the old syntax. Default project name is 'abl'. Not necessarily ideal, @maxentile discussed using argparse for this, but here is a quick fix.

As mentioned in #11 . I'll go ahead and merge unless anyone has any objections. All the checks are failing, but I'm guessing we haven't finished this yet...
