`mtenn.__version__ is not working as the import has been removed #68

5eab49e2814bfe805df57c52afcb9c0d1b4d6675 removed the import of __version__ from the baseinit.py`.

This is causing the feedstock build to fail (see https://github.com/conda-forge/mtenn-feedstock/pull/5) + we need this for versioning and pins downstream.
