We should have a DEPLOYMENT or CONDA-PACKAGING section which discusses conda packaging and deployment via conda. We can cover omnia and conda-forge.

Things to cover:

PyPI packaging for pure python packages
why deploy your packages via anaconda?
writing and testing development recipes in travis
what to do about dependencies
submitting and testing new conda recipes in a PR to omnia
conda-forge and feedstocks
