Natural Log transformation on Summary Statistics for PRSice software #2

Dear Developer,

A quick question. Should I need to use the log transformed summary statistics file or does the PRSice Software does the log transformation automatically?. Because I see there is no log transformed Base data is used in the tutorial. Many Thanks.

PRSice will automatically transform the OR into log OR.
