The PRS. best file is shown to report all samples(n>1000) but the report says only 217 samples were included in the analysis; this was on purpose with the log message attached below.
Therefore, does the PRS.best file reliably show the PRS score for only 217 samples, and the other PRS scores from samples not included in the analysis can be ignored? If not, how can I accomplish this objective?
