Why PRSice-2 tries to install again './lib'? #322

I run PRSice-2 some months ago and it installed all the dependencies in the 'lib' directory. At the moment my cluster is not longer connected to internet so I can't install them again. When I try to run PRSice from the same folder in which './lib' is already present, however it tries to install again all the dependencies so, when it can't install 'optparse', it crashes. Is it possible to specify the lib path? Why does it tries to install again?

Use the 'dir' option specifying the whole path to the lib folder
