Dear author,

Thank you for creating this fantastic tool. I have a question about the info commands. I set the info criteria to 0.9 when I ran the command, but I noticed that several SNPs with a value of 0.893~0.899 were included in the final model. Does PRSice-2 round up these values for use?

It was not round up, though there might be rounding error. Were these SNPs INFO presented in the GWAS file?
