mersenne twister #106

I did some reviewing of the license statements and found out that Mersenne Twister which appeared in https://github.com/chokkan/crfsuite/commit/770e2e80b1ba638c53810294b0ffa2ce5201dce9#diff-e5b4e1154c7e06ddb56aab497b7635f0 disappeared in commite https://github.com/chokkan/crfsuite/commit/a1a4455a5e413abcc5002f7fb96ad06cfb4cf39f#diff-3c38bd3415788cc7001b03cd36e956c4

Can someone explain why the copyright statements on Mersenne Twister are still there in this software. I mainly ask because when I publish the https://github.com/bnosac/crfsuite R package to CRAN, CRAN complains about wrong copyright statements.
