Split Time Registration default value for start of second TR can be better #106

Currently the end time of the first time registration is set to the maximum 
value - 1 minute.

Then, when pressing next, the start time for the second time registration is 
set to the maximum.

That second step should be changed... It should, by default, be the same as the 
end time of the first time registration as chances are big that the gap between 
both does not take several hours and thus setting the start time to the same as 
the end time makes that the user will by default be closer to the time he wants 
to set!

Changes made:
1) The end-time of the first time registration is now set to middle of both (if 
a TR that starts on 7:00 AM and ends on 8:00 AM will be splitted, the end time 
of the first part will by default by 7:30 AM).
2) The start-time of the second part will by default be the first part + 30 
minutes. However this can be configured in the preferences. So the default is 
30 minutes, the minimum is 1 minute and maximum 120 minutes (2-hours)
