Cannot export reports on 2.1 devices #110

On all devices <= Eclair (2.1) I could not export the reports.
Reason for this is that the directory sturcture on the SD-card 
(/sdcard/Android/eu.vranckaert.worktime/files/...) does not exists when needed.

Easy fix is to manually create the directory structure upon retrieving the 
correct directory!
