Customizable back/restore location #129

Add a preference option to enter a custom backup-location where backup files 
will be written.
Upon restore this location will be used to retrieve all the backup-files from.

If the directory in the preferences does not exist (and cannot be created 
either) the default backup/restore location will be used!
