When exporting the data to CSV you can enter a name, choose the CSV separator
and at the bottom you can choose the data to export.
You will have two options here for CSV:
1) Report: This is exactly what is generated on your device (so with the totals)
2) Raw Data: This is all the data behind the report so with the exact start and
end times.

So I guess you just want to change the this option to raw data.

However since a few versions it's not only possible to export to CSV but Excel
is also supported. In the Excel file we've included both the 'report' and the
'raw' data.

I will close this issue as 'invalid'. Please let me know if this does indeed
works for you. Otherwise I will reopen the issue and further investigate it!

Oh, that is indeed an issue.
And do you have any idea which one is correct?

I would help if you could send me a backup file, you can get it in Preferences
-> Backup and Restore -> 'Backup'. Then with option 'Send Backup...' you can
send it to me or just access you SD-card and copy it into a mail. You can send
it my personal email: dirkvranckaert@gmail.com

Please also attach the exported files so I can compare.

I plan this issue to be fixed in the next version (being 1.1.8) as all other
features are ready for release and I'm almost leaving on holiday (so small
changes it will be fixed in the next week, sorry for that!).

Martin,

I had a look at your Excel exported file and noticed the following:
On the report sheet you have a total of 1170 hours and 34 minutes
On the data sheet I selected all cells of column K so Excel calculates the
total for me, the total calculated by Excel is now 1170 hours 39 minutes 56
seconds

So that's a difference of 5 minutes, not 2 hours....

Or do you maybe mean that there is 2 hour difference between the report
generated on the device? If that's the case you also have to share with me a
backup file of the application that you can create in the preferences of the
WorktTime application.

Can you check this?

Martin,

I received your backup file and installed this on my device.
I'm living in the same timezone as you do so it would be a good test case for
me.

However after installing the backup, I removed the ongoing time registrations
to not have any weird results and made an export of all time registrations. The
total time shown on the device was 1261h 58m, in the export exactly the same.

Can you tell me how to reproduce your issue? Can you still reproduce it
yourself?

Kr,

Dirk

Sorry, I now noticed what the problem is.
I thought you meant there was a difference for you between the two tabs in
Excel. But indeed the time differs with 2 hours and it depends on the time
zone. It seems that Excel handles every date in the GMT timezone, while you are
in GMT+2... I'm having a look at it!
