Add option for immediate punch-out (no action dialog) #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When in punch out on the widget
2.

What is the expected output?
Time registration stops

What do you see instead?
I need to push "OK" (one extra tab) before the time registration stops. This 
was not a problem in the old version

What version of the product are you using (check the about screen for the
version or version number)?
1.1.6

Please provide any additional information below.
I only use it to record worktime - not different tasks.

I understand your problem and will add an extra option in the preferences to 
disable the `Action Dialog` when punching out!

This option will affect the punch out from the widget, the notification and 
from within the application.

With this option enabled it will no longer be possible to add a comment when 
punching out. If you want to do this you will need to disable this new option 
and set the `ask for comment` on and set the default value of `default action 
for ongoing time registrations` to `Punch out`.

As all the preferences of the category `Widget` will be moved to category `Time 
registrations` this new option will also be added there.

The new preference will have the title: 'Enable immediate punch-out'.
When switched on the explanation will be: 'Punching-out from a widget or the 
application and selecting the preference will immediately punch-out and not ask 
for which action to perform'. 
The explanation when switched off will be: 'Punching-out from a widget or the 
application and selecting the preference will not immediately punch-out but ask 
for which action to perform'.

By default this preference will be switched off.

If the preference is switched on and you punch-out from the dialog there will 
still pop-up a message asking if you really want to punch-out immediately.

The new preference has the title: 'Immediate punch-out'.

By default this preference is switched off.

If the preference is switched on nothing is asked, it just performs the punch 
out without the possibility to set/change a comment on the time registration.

This feature will be available from the next nightly build (tonight around 3 or 
4 AM)
