Manually add Time Registration #149

I really like Work Time, it's fits my usage pattern quite well.

What I'd like to suggest is adding functionality to manually add
or change a punch in/out interval afterwards, as it might happen
that punching out has been overlooked or a punch in was not
possible due to the smartphone being inaccessible at the time.

From the list of time registrations there's an extra option in the top-bar for 
adding a new time registration (plus-icon). This will launch a wizard for 
selecting a start time, end time, project, task and comment.
You can mark your new time registration as being ongoing if the selected start 
time is newer than any time registration in the system already. Otherwise the 
option will not be available.
Upon selecting a start and end time a check if performed to see if it does not 
interfere with other time registrations. If it does interfere it will warn you.

This new feature will be available for testing in the next nigtly release being 
number 206.
