Create a webservice + logic for the user to reset his/her password using their 
email address.

This issue will only contain the password reset request which means the user 
requests for a reset and we send an email to the user with a link to reset his 
password. The link will contain the email address and a unique reset-key. The 
page behind this link and the logic for really resetting will be done 
afterwards.
