Launch app when pressing the notification #30

When pressing the notification-item in the notification bar a popup asks to end 
the time registration or not. Actually there should be three options.

Title:
Choose action
Text:
Do you want to end the time registration or open the application
Options:
1. End
2. Open
3. Cancel

Implemented. Also changed so that when asking for a comment the popup to ask to 
end the TR is not shown anymore. When the option 'ask for comment' is disabled 
the popup is still requesting if you want to end the TR
