ICS (Android 4.x) Optimization for menu-button and widget #96

Optimization to not show the menu-button in the application (it's never used) 
when running on ICS (4.x).
This causes the widget to be badly displayed so that should also be fixed 
already (See 
http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/appwidgets/index.html#CreatingLayout 
=> Adding margins to App Widgets).
